Return and Refund Policy

At Total Health Selections, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our products, we only offer refunds under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds:

Surgery Cancellation: Refunds are only granted if the surgery for which the DME product was purchased is canceled.
Return of the Item: To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in like-new condition, unused, and in its original packaging within 15 days from the cancellation date. The item must be in the condition it was received, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.

Refund Process:

If the surgery is canceled, please contact our customer service team at protherapysource@yahoo.com as soon as possible to begin the refund process.
You will need to return the item to us within [X] days of the surgery cancellation for the refund to be considered.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

Any products that have been used, altered, or damaged in any way are not eligible for a refund.
Items returned without the original packaging or accessories will not be refunded.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exceptions:

Any product that does not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a refund, so please ensure the item is returned in the original condition.
